Guardrail is an AI oversight and evaluation platform designed to analyze prompts and interactions for compliance, safety, and risk indicators before they are sent to AI systems.
The platform provides analysis and signaling only and does not guarantee regulatory or legal compliance.
Acceptable Use
Users agree not to use Guardrail for:
- Unlawful activity
- Attempts to disrupt the platform
- Automated abuse of the system
- Unauthorized system access
Platform Availability
Sentient Index Labs & Technology makes reasonable efforts to maintain system availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Limitation of Liability
Guardrail provides analytical signals and governance tooling. Users remain responsible for decisions made using AI systems.
Sentient Index Labs & Technology is not liable for outcomes resulting from AI model behavior.
Modifications
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
